Overview.

The Ark project required the complete strip out of all fixtures, fittings, partitions, ceilings, raised flooring, non load bearing walls and soft finishes from the 1st floor to 9th floor offices levels excluding a live tenant floor on the 2nd floor level.

The works included the isolation and decommissioning of MEP services back to risers on each level whilst maintaining live plant to the basement and roof levels to keep live floors operational.

Logistics planning and management were the important factor for removal of debris from the site which was all carried out via the ground level trade access doors using the side access road for loading whilst maintaining access for the remaining tenant throughout.
