Overview.

The soft strip of internal fixtures and fittings of 10 Bevis Marks, a commercial office space set over 5 floors and a roof plant room.

The works include removal of all floor finishes, ceiling finishes, non-load bearing walls, WC’s and MEP services including equipment within roof level plant room. As the building was located within the heart of the city and having sensitive neighbours, including a synagogue backing on to the rear of the building, careful and thoughtful logistics plans were prepared and implemented as the key factor to the success of this project.
