The Pinners Hall project involved a complex 14,000m² fit-out across eight floors, in a logistically restricted location in the City of London.

Blackstone was appointed to carry out the strip- out of the 1,500m² third floor at Cannon Bridge House, a fully occupied multi-tenanted building.

St. Pancras, Renaissance Hotel
This project required the strip out of two floor of guest rooms of the Barlow House wing of the Renaissance Hotel. Works include the removal and disposal all of hotel room furniture, fixtures, fittings, doors, floor coverings and bathrooms and MEP services back to risers.

366 Oxford St
Strip out works to multiple properties within the Avon House Estate, 20 Stratford Place, 2 Gees Court, and 4 Gees Court. Required works included the internal stripout of all buildings including the removal of 4 escalators and 5 passenger lifts.

This project required the strip out of finishes to 11 stories of Newcombe House and subsequent strip out of 8 adjacent retail units.
